Organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region will experience advantages.
NJM Insurance Group, a provider of insurance for property and casualty, has declared a donation of $100,000 that will be used to support hunger relief organisations in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Many households around the nation experience a lack of reliable access to food. Mitch Livingston, the president and CEO of NJM, expressed pride in supporting the crucial endeavours of non-profit organisations, regardless of their size, in addressing the issue of food insecurity.
The money will be allocated to 20 organisations located in Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, which include:

- Bucks County Opportunity Council, Pennsylvania

- Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties
- Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, Pennsylvania
- Human Needs Food Pantry, New Jersey
- Jewish Family & Children’s Service (Greater Mercer), New Jersey
- Manna Food Center, Maryland
- Mercer Street Friends, New Jersey
- Mid-Ohio Food Collective, Ohio
- NORWESCAP, New Jersey
- Nourish, NJ, New Jersey
- Pacific House, Connecticut
- Philabundance, Pennsylvania
- Rolling Harvest Food Rescue, New Jersey
- Trenton Area Soup Kitchen (TASK), New Jersey

NJM has made contributions to organisations that promote and sustain arts and culture, enhance health and well-being, advance education, provide community assistance, ensure safety, and foster financial literacy. In addition, the company has implemented community service initiatives for its employees and has established a gift matching programme, whereby the company doubles every dollar provided by employees to charitable organisations.
