-Be registered as full time student outside of Canada;

International students looking to study in Canada can get free scholarships from the Government of Canada. You must be enrolled in a post-secondary program, or pursuing a degree or diploma in Canada. You must also have been accepted into the program by the university or college you intend to attend, and be financially independent of your family and/or parents.
The application process is competitive and only those who are eligible will be considered for the scholarship. The deadline is each May 1st of each year, with winners being notified in June.
