Inszone Insurance Services Strengthens Market Position with Springbrook Purchase

Successful acquisition

The insurance company’s strategy to increase its footprint in Southern California includes the transaction.

Successful acquisition

The San Diego, California-based insurer Springbrook Insurance Agency has been acquired by Inszone Insurance Services.

Founded in 2006, Springbrook Insurance Agency provides insurance solutions with a primary focus on commercial lines and non-profit organisations. The choice to collaborate with Inszone was motivated by the need to guarantee the company’s sustained expansion and improved customer service as its president, Russ Lail, gets ready to retire.

Serving the “little guy” has always been a priority for us, therefore we didn’t want to work with an agency that would desert our smaller clients. We feel certain that our clients will continue to receive the superior level of service they deserve because Inszone’s principles fully fit with our own,” Lail added.

“The Springbrook Insurance team is thrilled to be here at Inszone. They are the ideal fit for our expanding business because of their commitment to their customers, strong community links, and proficiency in commercial, non-profit, and personal lines insurance,” stated Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone.

Springbrook-based insurance brokers John and Charlene Drapp joined the company in 2013 and helped expand its product line. They discussed how Springbrook will benefit from the transaction.

Over the past three years, we’ve been quite busy and frequently worked on the weekends and in the evenings without any back-office help. The chance to work with Inszone changed everything. While taking advantage of the vast resources of a larger organisation, it enables us to return to what we enjoy most—taking care of our clients,” Charlene remarked.

After switching to Inszone Insurance, Charlene and John will both keep helping their clients.

For the transaction, Scali Group, LLC was Springbrook Insurance Agency’s only representative and strategic advisor.
